Shadé L. Holmes

As Director of Residence Life & Housing, Shadé oversees housing, RA selection, non-academic judicial conduct, and residence life staff and policies. 

Shadé is a two-time alumna of Columbia College. Shadé received her Bachelor's Degree in English Literary Studies and her Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration. Shadé has worked in higher education for the last five years. Residence Life & Housing has been a passion of hers and will continue to be so.

When Shadé is not working, she enjoys traveling, reading a good book, eating at different restaurants, and spending quality time with her friends and family. She enjoys interacting with the students on Columbia College's campus and loves being able to see the students accomplish their goals.
